Danballah with Johnny Weils, former lead vocalist for the southern-metal band, Alabama Thunderpussy. This followed a three-year stint as bassist for Suspect Earth that saw the release of their album, Hard To Drag in 2007 on BoFi Recordings; and a simultaneous existance as the bassist for Sukus, which recorded Tales From the Majic Sack in 2005.

The writing of music is a never-ending process, kind of like eating and sleeping, thereby making an album of new Skid Baxter music that much closer to becoming a reality. Asked about what people should expect, Mr. Baxter stated "hopefully, people will think something completely different after hearing it than what they thought before they heard it."
